Accreditation & Affiliation Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Technical Educational Training Research Council of India (TETRCI). These Terms & Conditions govern your accreditation and affiliation with TETRCI. By applying for accreditation or affiliation with TETRCI, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Accreditation & Affiliation Eligibility: a. To apply for accreditation or affiliation with TETRCI, you must be an educational institution or training center operating in India. b. Your institution must meet the minimum standards and criteria set forth by TETRCI for accreditation or affiliation.

  2. Application Process: a. To apply for accreditation or affiliation, you must submit a complete application form along with all required documentation. b. TETRCI reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. c. Submission of false information or documentation may result in immediate rejection of the application.

  3. Accreditation & Affiliation Criteria: a. Accreditation: Institutions seeking accreditation must demonstrate compliance with TETRCI's standards for educational quality, faculty qualifications, infrastructure, and other relevant criteria. b. Affiliation: Institutions seeking affiliation must meet TETRCI's requirements for collaboration, training programs, research activities, or other specified criteria.

  4. Review Process: a. Upon receiving your application, TETRCI will conduct a thorough review to assess your institution's eligibility and compliance with accreditation or affiliation criteria. b. The review process may include site visits, interviews, and verification of submitted documentation.

  5. Accreditation & Affiliation Status: a. TETRCI will notify you of the outcome of the review process within a reasonable timeframe. b. Accredited or affiliated institutions will receive a certificate and authorization to use TETRCI's logo and accreditation/affiliation status in their promotional materials.

  6. Maintenance of Accreditation & Affiliation: a. Accredited or affiliated institutions must maintain compliance with TETRCI's standards and criteria to retain their accreditation or affiliation status. b. TETRCI reserves the right to conduct periodic reviews or inspections to ensure ongoing compliance.

  7. Fees: a. Accreditation or affiliation fees must be paid in accordance with the schedule provided by TETRCI. b. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or revocation of accreditation or affiliation status.

  8. Confidentiality: a. All information provided in the accreditation or affiliation application process will be treated as confidential by TETRCI. b. TETRCI may disclose information to relevant authorities or third parties only as required by law or for the purpose of accreditation or affiliation evaluation.

  9. Grievances: a. If you have any grievances or complaints regarding the accreditation or affiliation process, you may submit them to TETRCI in writing. b. TETRCI will investigate grievances promptly and take appropriate action as necessary.

  10. Termination: a. TETRCI reserves the right to terminate accreditation or affiliation status if an institution fails to comply with these terms and conditions or violates TETRCI's standards. b. Termination may result in the withdrawal of accreditation or affiliation status and the removal of the institution from TETRCI's list of accredited or affiliated institutions.

  11. Amendments: TETRCI reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to accredited or affiliated institutions in writing.

By applying for accreditation or affiliation with TETRCI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
