Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing the Technical Educational Training Research Council of India (TETRCI) for your technical education and training needs. We strive to provide high-quality services to our students. Please read the following Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully.

Refund Policy:

1. Course Fees:

• • All payments made towards course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the course is cancelled by TETRCI due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Registration and Processing Fees:

• • Registration and processing fees are non-refundable.

3. Request for Refund:

• • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the TETRCI administrative office.
  • Refund requests will only be processed within 30 days from the date of course commencement.

4. Cancellation by TETRCI:

• • TETRCI reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, enrolled students will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation by Student:

• • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the TETRCI administrative office.
  • If a cancellation request is received before the course commencement, a partial refund may be considered, excluding the registration and processing fees.

2. No-Show:

• • If a student fails to attend the course without prior notification, no refund will be issued.

3. Transfer of Registration:

• • In certain cases, TETRCI may allow the transfer of registration to another course within a specified time frame. Transfer requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval.

4. Course Changes:

• • TETRCI reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, or instructors. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

5. Force Majeure:

• • TETRCI is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government regulations.

By enrolling in a TETRCI course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
