Centre Responsibilities - Technical Educational Training Research Council of India (TETRCI)

Technical Educational Training Research Council of India (TETRCI) provides single source for quality assurance in Computer Education, Skill Development Education, Vocational Training, Technical Education and all type Educational Development of every category Students of India.

TETRCI Training center have a good Maintained computer lab and Vocational Training Lab. The computer lab contains high configurations computer Networked with Internet, Head Phones, and good Quality Systems Configuration.

Centre Infrastructure like Furniture, Display Boards, Facilities, Good Location, Decent and Spacious Accommodation, Proper Enquiry Counter, Fixed and known office timing, Proper Lab Room & Class Room, Experienced Qualified and communicative faculty, proper reporting to head office and Polite and persuasive handling of students are important for successful Authorized Training Centre TETRCI.

The Centre’s are expected to keep qualified Faculty which also has practical’s orientation/ experience. The proposed qualification MCA, BE, M.Sc., PGDCA, DCA, ITI or similar also depends course Training Diploma for Vocational Courses.

Centre has to undertake Local publicity like pamphlets, communication campaigns and popular programs etc.

Course should be conducted as per the norms laid down by Head Office from time to time and in areas allotted to them.

The Centre Director/ Centre Staff should shoulder their own responsibility in running their Authorized Study and Training Centre without creating any unwanted situation for the Head Office.

Issue of Certificate/ Diploma/ Mark sheet is done only by head office after successfully complete the course and passing the examination (Internal or External Assessments.) and such as Centre Director should keep in mind that they are in no way authorized to issue Certificate/ Diploma/ Mark sheet of any student, any course.

To make all payments pertaining to proper operation at the Centre like rent of the premises, salary to staff, electricity, and water bills, and such other expenses in time any liability created by Center Director in this regard will be exclusive his/her own and will not be carried forward to TETRCI Head Office.

Closing down of the branch/ Centre without exclusive permission of the TETRCI Head Office is not allowed if any Centre Director do so the liabilities with regard to student Certificates, Cash collection, Centre expenses in Previous etc. will be exclusively that of Centre and in no case shall be carried forward to TETRCI Head Office, in fact TETRCI Head Office can take legal action and can report the matter to the Police on its own.

Centre Director have to Read and understand all Particulars, Email, Documents send by TETRCI Head Office for his/him.

For more about rules and regulations Centre Director has to understand the agreement between TETRCI – Authorized Study and Training Centre and TETRCI Head Office.

Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty members to enhance teaching methodologies, research capabilities, and industry engagement.

Provide resources and support for faculty to stay updated with the latest advancements in their respective fields.

Industry Collaboration and Partnerships:

Foster mutually beneficial relationships with industries to promote knowledge exchange, research collaboration, and internship opportunities for students.

Facilitate industry-sponsored projects, consultancy services, and technology transfer initiatives.

Research and Innovation Promotion:

Encourage and support research activities among faculty and students to address societal challenges and foster innovation.

Provide funding, infrastructure, and administrative support for research projects and innovation hubs.

Student Support Services:

Offer counselling, career guidance, and mentorship programs to facilitate holistic development and career readiness among students.

Establish mechanisms to address grievances, ensure student welfare, and promote inclusivity and diversity.

Policy Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement:

Centres have to Enroll Minimum 50 to 100 Students to Provide Training in Various Academic Courses to Renew License without making any Charge.
